Traditional wooden doorframes absorb atmospheric moisture, especially during the heavy monsoon season in Bhimtal and Ramnagar. This swelling forces the frame out of alignment, causing doors to bind, rub, or fail to close properly. Additionally, ground-level timber chaukhats are highly susceptible to moisture rot and termite infestation.
Our solid WPC doorframes are manufactured with a high-density composite matrix. This solid structure is waterproof and holds its dimensions through extreme humidity shifts. WPC doorframes provide identical structural support to timber but eliminate the warping, twisting, and splitting common in regional builds.

Screw Holding Strength: > 1800 NWPC doorframes can be installed using standard anchor clamps, or directly fastened to finished walls using masonry screws and polyurethane foam. We recommend pre-drilling holes before driving screws to achieve the cleanest split-free finish.
